When you call most airports, you usually get a menu that provides several options where passengers can get information about airlines, arrivals, and departures, hotels, and car rentals. Depending on the information that they need, though, passengers might need to contact their airlines instead of the airport. When passengers are planning their vacations and business trips, they should contact the airlines or airports about different arrival and departure times, hotels in the cities that they will be visiting, and ground transportation through car rental companies that they might need while they are on vacation. These airports often have avionics and aviation training schools where pilots can learn new skills and keep in practice so that they know how to control their air crafts while they are soaring through the sky. These airports have to follow many regulations to make sure that they are safe for pilots and passengers. They often have maintenance crews that are trained to repair kit planes and plane engines with repair parts, weather experts that can determine if it is safe for planes to fly, lawyers who can interpret regulations and make sure the airports and airlines adhere to them, and even doctors that can provide emergency medicine to those who need them. When you contact a small airport because you need information about flight training, then you should ask to speak to someone that runs the programs. See if they have a brochure or web site that you can visit to get more information about the training that they provide.
